The hotel has a beautifully designed location with friendly and highly professional staff. Rooms are comfortable with fantastic architecture, and the breakfast is delicious. the swimming pool is lovely, and the spa area is calm, quiet, and clean. the restaurant has main courses that are a joy and surprise, and starters and desserts need some improvement.
Not all waiters are able to speak good English, which affects visitors who have visited many great restaurants and are well able to compare quality vs. price.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the warm welcome to the helpful staff, everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were fantastic; the pool was stunning, and the newly renovated hotel was beautiful. The location was fantastic and provided beautiful views of nature. The hotel offered comfortable rooms with luxury cosmetics and many small details. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and local food served every day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help us.

The garden was beautifully designed with great plants and very Instagramable. the breakfast offered great quality ingredients with the added bonus of champagne. the location was peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
The room was average and not worth the high cost. the spa facilities were not as advertised with a cold jacuzzi and sparse seating in a small space.

Gorgeous gardens and a delicious breakfast with the added bonus of champagne. The hotel is conveniently located near the city and offers an excellent view of the surroundings.
The rooms and amenities are not worth the high price paid, and the service provided is disorganized and unprepared. The pool was too crowded, and the spa was not as comfortable as expected.
